- 36 Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat (surimi)
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
- 3 eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 12 cups half-and-half
- 34 teaspoon dill
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 34 cup jarlsberg cheese, shredded
Directions

1preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2spray mini muffin pan with nonsticksrpay.

3Unroll crescent rolls from package.

4Press seams together to form squares (rather than the triangle shape)

5Press squares into the mini muffin pan.

6squeeze as much liquid as you can fron the frozen spinach

7In a large bowl add spinach, eggs, half and half, dill and ceyenne.

8Stir well to combine.

9Spoon into crescent dough shells.

10top with shredded jarlsburg cheese.

11Bake about 15 minutes till set.
