- 3-4 lbs. potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can Hormel real bacon bits
Directions

1Cook potatoes, drain, and whip with margarine, salt, sour cream, and cream cheese (a small amount of milk may be added if desired).

2Pour mashed potatoes in casserole dish.

3Top with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

4Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and potatoes begin to bubble around the edges.
