Baked Mostaccioli

- 1/2 lb. mostaccioli noodles
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3 c. bottled spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook noodles in boiling water until al dente (still a little firm); drain and place in a large bowl.

3In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Ricotta cheese and half the Mozzarella cheese; add to the noodles and mix.

4Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Cover bottom of dish with half the spaghetti sauce.

6Spoon the noodle mixture over the sauce.

7Cover with the remaining sauce.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the remaining Mozzarella cheese.

9Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

10Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes for easier serving.

11Makes 8 to 10 servings.
