Baked Neck Bones

- 10 lb. fresh pork neck bones
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Place neck bones in deep/wide pan.

2Cover with onion and bell pepper and sprinkle on salt, pepper and garlic.

3Add 2 cups of water.

4Place the top on the pan or cover with aluminum foil. Bake in oven at about 375° about 2 hours or until tender.
