- 1 (12 oz.) can mixed nuts
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Melt the butter in a pan.

2Beat egg whites until stiff.

3Add the sugar slowly, beating as you go.

4Add the nuts by folding them in until each nut is coated.

5Spread into buttered pan.

6Bake at 325° for 1/2 hour.

7Turn every 10 minutes.

8If nuts are still bubbly with butter, let them stay a little longer in oven.
