  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Arrange fish in shallow baking dish; sprinkle with parsley. Combine butter and lemon juice; sprinkle over fish.
