- 3 (8 oz.) cans oysters, drained (save liquid)
- 2 c. oyster liquid and cream, combined
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 2 whole eggs
- black pepper to taste
- 2/3 c. or 1/4 lb. pkg. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Beat eggs in bowl.

2Add liquid, cracker crumbs, oysters and pepper; mix well.

3Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add to mixture.

4Return to baking dish.

5Bake in a 350° oven until golden brown.
