  • 3 (8 oz.) cans oysters, drained (save liquid)
  • 2 c. oyster liquid and cream, combined
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 whole eggs
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2/3 c. or 1/4 lb. pkg. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Beat eggs in bowl.

    Add liquid, cracker crumbs, oysters and pepper; mix well.

    Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add to mixture.

    Return to baking dish.

    Bake in a 350° oven until golden brown.
