- 16 ounces, weight Orange Roughy Or Catfish (4-4oz. Fillets)
- 3/4 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Rinse fillets and pat dry with paper towel.

3In a pie plate, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper.

4In another pie plate, combine milk and beaten egg.

5Dip fillet in egg mixture and then coat with Parmesan cheese mixture.

6Place in a well greased 9 x 13 pan.

7Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
