- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese

1Preheat oven to 325. Peel Kale away from the stem. Wash the leaves. Pat Dry and place on a baking sheet. Dirzzle Olive oil, enough to cover the leaf (or spray with olive oil Pam) salt and pepper and grate parmesan cheese over each leaf. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the leaves become slightly browned and krispy. Slightly cool and enjoy!
