- 6 pears
- 1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 c. white grape juice concentrate
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice concentrate
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. honey (optional)
Directions

1Remove the core of each pear from the bottom.

2Bring juices and 1 cup water to a rolling boil.

3Add fresh cranberries and return to boil.

4Boil for 3 minutes.

5Reduce heat.

6Mix 1/4 cup cold water with cornstarch until smooth.

7Add to cranberry mixture and stir until sauce thickens.

8Arrange pears in a tray and cover with the sauce.

9Bake, covered, at 400° until tender, about 35 to 40 minutes.
