- 1 egg white
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Directions

1Beat egg white until forms peaks. Mix flour with sugar.

2Fold all ingredients into egg white.

3Pour over pecans and stir until the pecans are completely coated.

4Bake on large cookie sheet lined with brown paper that has been greased on both sides.

5Bake 30 minutes at 250°.

6Lift up immediately from the brown paper with a spatula.

7Cool completely and store in tight container.
