Ingredients

  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, broken into small pieces
  • spray olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • cracked pepper, to taste
  • 2 Turkish bread rolls, split and cut diagonally
  • 30g baby rocket leaves
  • 1 avocado, sliced Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
  • yellow and red grape tomatoes, sliced in half Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing

Directions

    Place Philly* on a lined baking tray.

    Spray with oil and sprinkle with garlic, lemon rind and pepper.

    Bake at 200C for 10 minutes, until lightly browned.

    Allow to cool slightly.

    Spray bread with oil and toast on a grill pan or under a grill until golden.

    Place two pieces of bread on serving plates.

    Top with some rocket, avocado, tomatoes and baked Philly*.

    Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
