  • 1 medium can chunked pineapple (1 lb. 4 oz.)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch salt

Directions

    Beat eggs, mix sugar and flour together to keep down lumps. Add sugar and flour mixture to well beaten eggs.

    Add pineapple juice and butter.

    In a saucepan cook to a cream sauce.

    Pour over pineapple and bake at 300° for about 20-25 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
