  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. sugar

    Beat eggs lightly.

    Stir cornstarch in sugar and add to eggs and pineapple.

    Place in an 8-inch casserole.

    Sprinkle top with cinnamon and pieces of butter.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Good side dish with ham.
