- 2 eggs
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Beat eggs lightly.

2Stir cornstarch in sugar and add to eggs and pineapple.

3Place in an 8-inch casserole.

4Sprinkle top with cinnamon and pieces of butter.

5Cover.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Good side dish with ham.
