- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- butter
- cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish (greased), combine pineapple, vanilla and sugar.

3Set aside. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth.

4Add beaten eggs and pineapple mixture; stir.

5Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.

6Bake 1 hour.
