Baked Pineapple

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 6 slices bread (cubed)

Directions

    Cream butter, add sugar and eggs and beat until smooth.

    Add drained pineapple, fold in bread cubes.

    Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned and firm.
