- 1 large and 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Add sugar to pineapple in pan and cook to boil.

2Mix cornstarch and water and add to pineapple until pineapple thickens.

3Take off stove and add vanilla and beat eggs; mix together.

4Pour in buttered casserole dish.

5Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°.
