Baked Pineapple

  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Place half of pineapple in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover with half of brown sugar and half of cracker crumbs.

    Dot with half of butter.

    Layer remaining ingredients and bake at 300° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Serve warm.
