Baked Pineapple

  • 1 can chunk pineapple with own juice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 rounded Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 5 slices white bread, torn

Directions

    Put pineapple and juice in a 9-inch casserole, greased.

    Mix eggs, sugar and flour and pour over pineapple.

    Brown bread in melted butter in skillet.

    Put on top of fruit mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
