Baked Pineapple Chicken

- 1 can sliced pineapple
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 chicken breast halves
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
Directions

1Drain pineapple.

2Reserve juice.

3Mix juice with corn starch, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

4Place chicken, skin side up in shallow baking dish.

5Broil till brown.

6Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

7Place lemon and pineapple slices around chicken.

8Spoon sauce from pan over all.

9Bake 5 minutes longer.
