  • 6 to 8 large potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 c. onion, grated
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. hot milk
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter

    Mix all ingredients and pour into a well-greased casserole. Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until firm. Exact time will depend on depth of potatoes in casserole.
