  • 8 peeled, cooked and diced potatoes
  • 1 lb. American or Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. partially cooked, chopped bacon
  • 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives (optional)

Directions

    Combine potatoes, cheese, onion and salad dressing.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Top with bacon pieces and decorate with olives.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
