- 8 peeled, cooked and diced potatoes
- 1 lb. American or Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. partially cooked, chopped bacon
- 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives (optional)
Directions

1Combine potatoes, cheese, onion and salad dressing.

2Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Top with bacon pieces and decorate with olives.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
