Baked Potatoes

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Wash and bake potatoes until done.

    Cut open and spoon out potatoes from hulls.

    Mix with salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and margarine.

    Pack back into hulls.

    Sprinkle shredded cheese over all 8 halves.

    Place in warm oven until ready to serve.
