- 4 large Idaho potatoes, baked
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oleo
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. shredded cheese
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Cut hot baked potatoes in half, lengthwise, and scoop out insides.

2With an electric mixer beat oleo and potatoes until creamy, gradually add the milk; mixing well.

3Add salt and pepper; stir.

4Spoon mixture back into the potato shells.

5Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

6Arrange in baking dish.

7Bake at 375° until heated through and cheese is melted.
