  • 1 large rabbit, cut into 9 pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • flour to coat rabbit
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Coat rabbit with flour and place into baking pan, slice onion and place about.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Add garlic powder. Mix 2 soup cans water with soup. Pour over rabbit.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tenderness is reached.

    Can use crock-pot also.
