  • 1/2 c. rice, cooked
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cook rice in salt water until soft.

    Place in a glass baking dish.

    Mix all other ingredients.

    Pour over rice.

    Bake at 325° until liquid is baked into the rice.
