- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 can beef broth
Directions

1Melt oleo in 2-quart baking dish.

2Add rice, garlic salt, both soups and 2 soup cans filled with water.

3Mix well.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
