  • 1 c. uncooked long grain white rice
  • 1 can beef bouillon soup
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 stick margarine or butter

Directions

    Place all ingredients in casserole (allow for doubling).

    Bake at 350° for about 35 to 40 minutes, stirring after about 15 minutes.

    It should be firm, but not dry.

    Serve with beef roast or other meat.

    Do not add any salt.
