- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup peeled, seeded, and minced dragon eyes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 muffin tins or line with paper liners.

2Mix brown sugar and butter together in a bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

3Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

4Stir flour mixture, milk, and dragon eyes into the sugar mixture. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin tins.

5Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes.
