- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
- 1 1/2 oz. wild rice, soaked for one day
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. white raisins, soaked in Grand Marnier for a few hours
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth (maybe a little more)
Directions

1Saute onion and mushrooms.

2Add wine, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.

3Cook 2 rices in chicken broth 45 minutes.

4Mix raisins with rice.

5Mix cooked spinach and cream cheese together.

6Layer rice, spinach and mushroom/onion.

7Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

8Serves 8.
