- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can mushrooms (small)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Melt oleo in skillet.

2Add rice and brown slowly for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Add other ingredients and place in ungreased baking dish (10 x 6 1/2-inches).

4Cover with foil.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.
