  • 1 c. rice (raw), washed
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1 can mushrooms (small)
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Melt oleo in skillet.

    Add rice and brown slowly for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add other ingredients and place in ungreased baking dish (10 x 6 1/2-inches).

    Cover with foil.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.
