  • 6 oz. pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. almonds
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 1 small can pimento

Directions

    Saute bell pepper, onion and margarine.

    Add remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, 1 hour at 325°.
