- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent.

3Add and stir well until coated the rice (not instant, I use Uncle Ben's).

4Add boiling chicken broth or boiling salted water.

5Cover and bake for about 18 minutes.

6Gently mix with the rice the melted butter.
-
7Serve the rice at once.
