- 1 lb. lean hamburger
- 2 small onions
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
- 4 c. water
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed veggies
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1In a heavy 3 or 4-quart pan, brown hamburger, stirring to crumble.

2Add onions, carrots, canned tomatoes, water, bouillon cubes, pepper, salt and mixed veggies.

3Bring to a boil; cook for 1 to 2 hours.

4At the end, melt oleo and mix in the flour. Thicken the soup with the mixture, stirring until thickened. Serve with biscuits or rolls.
