- 2 c. broth (chicken or beef)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. curry powder to taste
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes to taste
- butter
Directions

1Slightly brown onion in butter, then add dried rice and brown a little more, about 2 minutes.

2Turn into casserole dish.

3Add broth, mushrooms, curry and parsley flakes.

4Stir, then add butter.

5Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
