- 4 Tbsp. uncooked white rice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and pour them into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Bake in a slow oven of 325° for 2 1/2 hours or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
