  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1/3 c. regular rice
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (2 Tbsp.) piece of butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350° to 400° about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, stirring about every 15 minutes until thickens. The more it's stirred the pudding will be more creamy.
