- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 to 3 cans water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. rigatoni
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- salt, pepper and oregano to taste
- 1 bell pepper, diced
Directions

1Saute onions and bell pepper in oil.

2Add ground beef; brown. Drain.

3Add tomato paste, water and tomatoes.

4Add salt, pepper and oregano to taste.

5Simmer, adding water as needed.

6Cook rigatoni as directed.

7Wash and drain.

8Layer cooked rigatoni, sauce, Ricotta and Mozzarella until all used, ending with Mozzarella.

9Bake at 350° until cheese is melted, approximately 30 minutes.
