Easy Cabbage Beef Bake

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 soup can water

Directions

    Chop cabbage.

    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet on medium heat. Drain. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

    Cover bottom of greased medium size casserole dish with half the cabbage.

    Add beef and onion.

    Put remaining cabbage on top of beef layer.

    Mix tomato soup and water. Pour over beef/cabbage mixture.

    Cover and bake @ 375 for about one hour.
