  • 12 ounces, fluid Rotini Pasta, Uncooked
  • 1 jar (26 To 32 Oz. Size) Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 container (15 Oz. Size) Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 pounds Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced

    Brown sausage (either buy ground sausage or take casings off sausage links), crumbling while cooking.

    Meanwhile boil pasta.

    Drain any oil from the sausage and drain pasta in a colander.

    Mix spaghetti sauce, sausage and pasta.

    Place half of the sauce, sausage and pasta mixture in a baking dish.

    Spread ricotta cheese over the pasta.

    Cover with the remaining pasta mixture and smooth the top.

    Bake covered at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes, then for 58 minutes uncovered or until slightly browned on top.
