- 1 Tbsp. butter
- milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter a square pan.

3Put thin layer of crackers on bottom.

4Drain salmon; remove skin and bone. Alternate layers of crackers and salmon.

5Dot with butter, salt and pepper.

6Add just enough milk until slightly soggy.

7Cook 1 hour until brown on top.
