  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 cayenne peppers
  • parsley minced
  • coarse salt
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • olive oil

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius.

    Place the sardines into a large baking dish. Sprinkle with the garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add the lemon halves, cut side facing up. Add the peppers, sprinkle with salt and fennel seeds, and drizzle with oil.
