- 2 lb. Maine scallops
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/4 c. catsup (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- dash of lemon pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cut large scallops in half.

2Combine scallops, cracker crumbs, margarine, catsup, salt, sugar and lemon pepper.

3Place in shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole or other serving dish.

4Drizzle top with butter.

5Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 25 minutes.

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Place under broiler if needed to brown.
