  • scallops (small, if available) or 2 lb. shrimp
  • clove garlic
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • paprika
  • salt
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley

    Crush garlic; combine with softened, not melted butter.

    Heat until butter melts.

    Add scallops or shrimp.
