- scallops (small, if available) or 2 lb. shrimp
- clove garlic
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- paprika
- salt
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Crush garlic; combine with softened, not melted butter.

2Heat until butter melts.

4Add scallops or shrimp.

6Add salt.

7Arrange scallops in baking dish; sprinkle with crumbs.
