  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Mix crumbs and spices together.

    Melt butter in 8 x 8 pyrex baking dish.

    Wash scallops in cold water, pat dry.
  4. 4
    Place in pyrex dish with butter in it, turn the scallops so that all sizes are covered with butter, sprinkle with crumbs mixture.

    Pour 1/2 c. milk over this and place in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
