- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix crumbs and spices together.

2Melt butter in 8 x 8 pyrex baking dish.

3Wash scallops in cold water, pat dry.

4Place in pyrex dish with butter in it, turn the scallops so that all sizes are covered with butter, sprinkle with crumbs mixture.

5Pour 1/2 c. milk over this and place in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
