  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 2 stacks Town House crackers, crushed
  • 2 sticks melted margarine
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Place scallops in greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

    Melt margarine; saute onions in margarine, then add rest of ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Press dressing over fish, covering well. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Before baking, cover dish with foil and remove for last 10 minutes.
