- 1 lb. scallops
- 1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs (Ritz or Town House)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Crush crackers.

2Add salt and pepper.

3Melt butter in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish in a 350° oven.

4Take baking dish from oven. Roll scallops in melted butter, then cracker crumbs.

5Return scallops to baking dish.

6After all scallops have been buttered and crumb-coated, return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
