- 1 lb. sole fillets
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 orange
Directions

1Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and onion powder.

2Place in baking dish.

3Lightly squeeze lemon and lime over fish.

4Roll fillets and secure with toothpicks.

5Dice lemon, lime and orange. Sprinkle over fish.

6Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
