- 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 28 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 c. milk
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. mushroom pieces, not drained
Directions

1Cook spaghetti and drain.

2Saute meat and onion; cook until brown.

3Drain.

4Mix meat into spaghetti sauce.

5Add garlic and oregano.

6Add milk, both cheeses and mushroom pieces.

7Mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

9Makes 6 or 8 servings.
