Baked Spaghetti

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1 can each: cream of mushroom soup and tomato soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar)
  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded

Directions

    Brown ground beef with green pepper and onions in shortening. Add mushroom soup, tomato soup and soup can of water, also garlic clove.

    Heat.

    Blend in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.

    Add spaghetti. Pour into 3-quart casserole dish.

    Top with 1/2 cup sharp cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350°.
