- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 can each: cream of mushroom soup and tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar)
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown ground beef with green pepper and onions in shortening. Add mushroom soup, tomato soup and soup can of water, also garlic clove.

2Heat.

3Blend in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.

4Add spaghetti. Pour into 3-quart casserole dish.

5Top with 1/2 cup sharp cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350°.
